Sidr Tree Honey

Grown throughout the central dry zone in Mandalay and Sagaing regions. Sacred tree, very valuable in Middle Eastern countries, making the honey very precious. Myanmar Sidr honey is known as the best in the world. It carries many medicinal and health benefits.
 
Harvest: October to November   
Flavour: Lavish, herbal and buttery sweet 
Colour: Golden light, which darkens and turns reddish over time
Health: Higher antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties than any other types of honey. Aids liver problems, stomach ulcers, respiratory infections, digestive problems, infected wounds, and burns.
